As part of the Malawi Posts Corporation turnaround strategy, the corporation’s real estate business continues to feature highly as more and more business entities lease some of its properties. The latest is the Malawi Institute of Management (MIM) on Friday, 26th August 2022, leased part of Malawi Posts Corporation’s Conference Center (MPCCC) in Blantyre, to be used as their Blantyre campus.
MIM joins other entities such as the National Registration Bureau (NRB), National Economic Empowerment Fund (NEEF), NBS Bank, and the Waterboards who are already transacting in MPC buildings in different parts of the country.
With almost 180 Post Offices and other buildings dotted across the country, the Corporation is geared to helping in bringing various services close to the people by opening up to more lease arrangements as well as agency services with various service providers.
